Return and Refund Policy

At Spirits Prime, our aim is to ensure our customers are completely satisfied. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may make use of our return and refund policy as described below.

Return Conditions

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

– Be unused and in its original condition;
– Be returned in its original packaging;
– Show no signs of use, damage, or wear.

Hygiene items, cosmetics, and perfumes whose seal has been opened cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service. Spirits Prime accepts no responsibility for returns that are lost or not delivered.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.

If the return is approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt and attach clear photos.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from returns:

– Opened perfumes and cosmetic products;
– Items with a damaged or opened seal;
– Gift cards.
